Full Body Screen to find physical limitations in either stability or mobility of the body. Connect physical limitations with swing characteristics forming a body-swing connection. Formulate a plan to teach around the physical limitation(s) and prescribe simple techniques to improve the limitations. We discuss how the sequence of the body can affect efficiency in each individual golf swing, the physics of ball flight, motor control, swing instruction, player coaching and short game. 17 wireless sensor system that measures rotation, tilts and angles throughout the motion of the golf swing. Displays a 3D avatar that can be rotated to see down-the-line and face-on angles all while measuring rotational velocity and changes in tilts and angles throughout the swing motion. We can track the efficiency of the golf swing by looking at the kinematic sequence of the golfer on how well they transfer energy from the ground through the body and club into the golf ball.
