Please be advised that until further notice the golf courses and the practice facility will continue to operate on limited schedules with strict protocols in place to protect the health of our golfers and staff. Standard Golfers can book tee times up to fifteen days in advance and Kama'aina can book up to five days in advance of their tee time. All reservations must be paid in advance at the time of booking. In order to complete your tee time reservation, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read our current protocols. Please review the new protocols, effective October 15th, here. Your understanding and cooperation will be most appreciated. 

Q: What are the current travel restrictions?
A: We encourage all golfers and visitors to visit https://hawaiicovid19.com  to view information on the pre-travel testing program as well as current restrictions. All individuals, both residents and visitors, arriving from out-of-state to Hawaii are still subject to a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine. The Pre-Travel Testing Program is scheduled to begin on October 15. Travelers who, upon entry into the state, provide written confirmation from a state approved COVID-19 testing facility of a negative test result from a test administered to the traveler within 72 hours from the final leg of departure, will be exempt from the 14-day mandatory quarantine.

Q: Are your golf shops open?
A: The golf shops are currently closed. 

Q: Are your golf courses open?
A: The Bay Course is open until October 11th (Wednesday - Sunday, 8:30am- 11:30am). Beginning October 14th, only the Plantation Course will be open and available for tee times Wednesday- Sunday from 8:30am- 11:30am

Q: Can I book my tee time online? 
A: Yes, All reservations must be paid in advance at the time of booking via our website, here.

Q: Can I cancel my tee time?
A: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To cancel your tee time, please log into your account online OR email us at MauiReservations@troon.com.

Q: What are your current Covid policies?
A: Please review the new protocols, effective October 15th, here. Your understanding and cooperation will be most appreciated. 

Q: Do you accept gift cards? 
A: Yes, please email us at MauiReservations@troon.com to use your gift card for your tee time in advance.  

Q: Do you accept complimentary golf certificates?
A: Complimentary Golf Certificates are restricted at this time.

Q: Are Rental Clubs Available?
A: Yes, rental clubs are available. To request golf club rentals, please email MauiReservations@troon.com in advance of your tee time.

Q: Is the Driving Range Open?
A: Yes, the Driving Range & Practice Facility at the Bay Course is open daily from 11am - 5pm. Please note that range balls will be distributed from the Kapalua Golf Academy. The Range closes at 4PM on Thursdays.

Q: Are the hotels and restaurants open?
A:  Re-opening dates vary. Please contact those hotels and restaurants directly for additional information. 

Q: When is your reservations/on island staff available?
A: Our reservations team is available Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 3:00pm and can be reached at 1-877-KAPALUA.
