Where is Kapalua Golf located?
Kapalua Golf is located on the island of Maui.
The Bay Course is located at 2000 Village Rd. Lahaina, Hawaii
The Plantation Course is at 2000 Plantation Club Dr. Lahaina, Hawaii.
How long does it take to get to Kapalua Golf from Kahului Airport (OGG)?
It typically takes about 50 minutes to 70 minutes to drive from Kahului Airport (OGG) to Kapalua Golf, depending on traffic conditions.
What are the hours of the golf shop?
Both golf shops are open 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time (Subject to change) Please call to check current hours.
What is your weather refund policy?
No weather refunds unless the course is closed and deemed unsafe to play.
What is the weather like at Kapalua Golf?
Kapalua generally enjoys a mild tropical climate with sunny days and occasional rain showers. The trade winds generally pickup in the afternoons.

How do I book a tee?
Tee times can be booked online on our website or by phone by calling (808) 669-8044.
When do we check in or arrive at the course?
Bay 30 min and Plantation is 45 min before tee time.
Do you have Kama 'aina rates or other discount rates?
Yes, for Kama’aina Rates, please call 1-877-KAPALUA. To receive Kama’aina Rates, each golfer must present valid (real ID compliant) Hawaii State driver’s license or state ID (Limited Purpose Hawaii Driver’s license not honored) at Check-in. Please note, there is an initial 7-day booking window for Kama’aina. There are also Kapalua Resort rates, (Ritz Carlton Kapalua, Montage Kapalua Bay, Napili Kai Beach Resort, The Kapalua Villas Maui by Outrigger, includes a 60–day booking window, Plantation is $439 +tax, and Bay is $259 +tax) but you would have to call to get a specific discount, it cannot be made online.
What club rental sets do you have?
We offer Men’s and Ladies’ Titleist and Callaway club sets
Do you have a driving range?
- Yes, The Bay Course has a driving range. Learn more about the driving range here. The Plantation Course has a driving range as well, but it is for players to warm up on the day of play only.
Can I play alone or with my spouse and not paired with others?
Not guaranteed for exclusivity unless all four players per tee time are paid.
Do you allow a spouse or friend to ride along and not play?
Yes, it is called a rider and it is $65.00 plus tax and strictly no playing for riders.
Do you have handicap cart?
Yes, we can provide (when available) handicap cart. Player would need to make a reservation and request the handicap cart in advance.
